October
is a special month, full of great and different colours…
Butterfly in September |
We said goodbye
to Summer and are surrounded now by beautiful
'browns, yellows, orangs and purples.
'browns, yellows, orangs and purples.
Chrysanthemums and Paper Roses (made by me) on my table |
The autumn colours 'make me think of heather, chrysanthemums and pumpkin(soup).
And red cabbage, with apples, delicious
winter food!
Hosta leaves in October |
In all the pictures here, you find the colours in and around our house...
Sunset, 2 weeks ago |
The
orange –pumpkin- colour was almost every year always my autumn favourite.
This year it’s different,
it is purple!
Is'n it a beauty? |
The beautiful purple plant
on our balcony table inspired me to design and
create my necklace.
create my necklace.
I made the glass beads,
some are a bit ‘salty’,
I love that beautiful grey-ish colour… The other beads are Jasper and Amethyst.
Purple is thought as a royal colour, so the name of the necklace is Eleanor.
Who was Eleanor? Look here! to meet her...
